Wii Want to Battle!

There’s less than a week left until the arrival of the first Pokémon game for the Nintendo Wii! We’re talking about Pokémon Battle Revolution, of course, and this 3D Pokémon battle game hits the stores on June 25th! Enter the fabulous amusement park called Pokétopia, where Pokémon battles are what it’s all about. Test your team against Pokétopia’s 10 unique Colosseums, each with their own special characteristics, and see if you can beat them all!

There’s more at stake with each victory than just bragging rights! As we’ve hinted before, you can customize your Battle Pass and Trainer avatar. The more Colosseums you defeat, the more gear you’ll be able to purchase with the Poké Coupons you earn. Pick one of 6 base styles for your Trainer and then customize your look with over 100 pieces of gear! You can even customize your skin, hair, and eye color! And while you’re battling, you’ll also encounter Colosseum Leaders with one-of-a-kind Pokémon-themed outfits – feeling a little envious? Do well enough to unlock those special outfits for yourself, and you too can dress for battle success!

With Pokémon Battle Revolution, you can challenge a pal to some face-to-face competition or use the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection to battle Trainers around the world! Just headed next door? Load your Battle Pass, with your Pokémon team and Trainer, onto your Wii remote and take it over to a friend’s house to battle. Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl players can also load their favorite team into Pokémon Battle Revolution and use their Nintendo DS as a controller for head-to-head battles. Even if you don’t have Pokémon Diamond or Pokémon Pearl, you can still play the game using a Rental Pass with a pre-set team of Pokémon!

So don’t forget to start training, and stay tuned to Pokémon.com for more Pokémon Battle Revolution news and the latest official updates!
