Worlds of Excitement!

Now that the last cards have been counted and the Pokémon Trading Card Game National Championships are finished, there's one major event still left on the calendar: the Pokémon TCG World Championships in Kona, Hawaii! And there are some very special guests scheduled to attend, too: Pokémon creators Tsunekazu Ishihara and Takumi Akabane, and Pokémon artists Ken Sugimori and Hironobu Yoshida! All the action is less than a month away: the World Championships will be held from August 10th to August 12th, with the Last Chance Qualifier on August 10th!

What's the Last Chance Qualifier? The Pokémon TCG World Championships are open to players by invitation only, but there's one last opportunity to earn a spot to compete! Players at the Last Chance Qualifier tournament will compete in one of three divisions: Junior (born in 1996 or later), Senior (born between 1992 and 1995), or Masters (born in 1991 or earlier). There's no entry fee to compete, and slots at the World Championships will be open to the top 4 finishers in each of the Seniors and Masters divisions, and the top 6 finishers in the Junior division. Space at the Last Chance Qualifier is limited and it's first-come, first-served - be sure to be on time in order to get a seat!

With guts and glory on the line, getting all the details right is important!
