The mobile device version of Pokémon HOME has been updated to version 3.2.2. This new update adds the Pokémon Guidebook feature. Additionally, you can now earn gifts for completing Pokédexes from specific games.
Pokémon Guidebook
With the Pokémon Guidebook, players can view basic information about Pokémon, such as their Pokédex entries, types, sizes, forms, and more. This information is available even if that Pokémon hasn’t been registered in your National Pokédex in Pokémon HOME. You can also discover which games a Pokémon can be encountered in, which will help you complete your Pokédex.
Rewards
Special Pokémon can now be awarded to players as Mystery Gifts for completing specific Pokédexes. The first games to use this feature are Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. If you complete your Paldea Pokédex, Kitakami Pokédex, and Blueberry Pokédex, you’ll receive a Shiny Meloetta in the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME.
To receive this Pokémon, you must complete all three of those Pokédexes, then confirm your completion in the Games tab of Pokémon HOME. If you’ve already completed these Pokédexes, you’re still eligible to receive the Shiny Meloetta. Be aware that to receive Mystery Gifts, you must have a linked Nintendo Account, and each Mystery Gift can only be received once per Nintendo Account.
More Mystery Gifts are planned for completing other Pokédexes in the future!
