A trio of new sync pairs from the Johto region have come to Pasio just in time for the next update to the Johto chapter of Pokémon Masters EX’s villain arc. Until July 13, 2022, at 10:59 p.m. PDT, you’ll find Sygna Suit Ethan & Lugia, Sygna Suit Lyra & Celebi, and Sygna Suit Kris & Suicune in their individual Master Fair Scouts. Thanks to their passive and theme skills, these three sync pairs enhance each other’s capabilities when they’re on the same team. Read on to learn more about these duos.
Sygna Suit Ethan & Lugia
Sygna Suit Ethan & Lugia are a Flying-type strike sync pair that can land critical hits thanks to their Aeroblast attack and This Is It! Trainer move. Their Johto Spirit passive skill powers up special moves and helps defend against special moves when your team contains multiple sync pairs with the Johto theme.

Sygna Suit Lyra & Celebi are a Grass-type tech sync pair that can lay down Grassy Terrain, and then use it to power up their Grassy Glide attack and Time-Transcending Magical Leaf sync move. Their Johto Pride passive skill boosts physical moves and reduces damage taken from physical moves when more Johto-themed sync pairs on your team.

Trainer move. Their Johto Flag Bearer passive skill powers up the moves of all allied sync pairs and reduces attack move damage taken by all allied sync pairs. As with the other sync pairs here, the more Johto-themed sync pairs that are on your team, the more effective the skill becomes.
