Pokémon GO Battle League: Rising Heroes Cups and Schedule

Rise through the ranks earning Stardust, Pokémon encounters, and respect.

A new Season of the GO Battle League has arrived, bringing fierce battles and opportunities to earn exciting rewards. Whether you’re looking to prove you’re the ultimate Pokémon Master or gather Stardust to power up your Pokémon, Season 10 of Pokémon GO—Rising Heroes—is rife with opportunities to test your mettle in the GO Battle League. The new Season kicks off with the Great League and Fantasy Cup: Ultra League Edition, and there’s plenty of excitement ahead with new cups, GO Battle Days, and new Pokémon attacks. The GO Battle League Timed Research Pass is once again available, which includes rewards such as Stardust, an Elite Fast TM, an Elite Charged TM, and more.

This Season features two GO Battle Days, during which the maximum number of daily sets increases from five to 20, for a total of 100 battles between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. local time. GO Battle Day: Palmer takes place on March 25, 2023, and features free, battle-themed Timed Research. Next up, GO Battle Day: Stardust will take place on May 14, 2023, and Trainers will have the opportunity to purchase battle-themed Timed Research for US$1.00 (or the equivalent pricing in your local currency). On both days, Trainers can enjoy quadruple Stardust from winning battles, excluding end-of-set rewards.

The new Season has brought new attacks to select Pokémon. Burst, breeze, and surf your way into battle with the following attacks, available to the Pokémon below for the first time in Pokémon GO.
