Pokémon VGC players at the Portland Regional Championships competed using the Regulation C format. Battles took place in the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet games. Players were permitted to use all Pokémon available in the Paldea Pokédex, except for Miraidon and Koraidon.
