Attract More Pokémon and Evolve Eevee in Pokémon GO at Local Retailers

Trainers, get ready to celebrate the release of the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions expansion with Lure Modules at designated PokéStops.

The spotlight’s on Eevee and its many Evolutions in the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion, Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions—and when you’re checking out this new collection of cards at stores near you, you’ll be able to commemorate the occasion in Pokémon GO! Visit one of the following retailers (depending on your location) from February 1, 2025, to February 27, 2025, to enjoy everything the promotion has to offer.

  • Best Buy, GameStop, and Target (United States)

  • GameStop and Toys“R”Us (Canada)

  • EB Games (Australia)

While the celebration is happening, there will be PokéStops at these locations with Lure Modules active to make more Pokémon appear. Throughout the week, Glacial and Mossy Lure Modules will be added, giving you the opportunity to evolve your Eevee into Glaceon and Leafeon. Of course, the Gifts received from spinning these PokéStops will also make for fine additions to any Trainer’s Postcard Book, so be sure to send them to your friends!

Additionally, Trainers in the United States can now purchase Pokémon GO gift cards at select Target and Best Buy stores as well as Target.com, Bestbuy.com, GameStop.com, and—for authorized patrons—AAFES.com. Pokémon GO gift cards provide players with in-game PokéCoins, and they can be purchased in the following denominations.

  • US$10.00 – 1,250 PokéCoins

  • US$25.00 – 3,300 PokéCoins

  • US$50.00 – 7,000 PokéCoins

  • US$100.00 – 15,000 PokéCoins

The PokéCoins provided by these Pokémon GO gift cards are a great way to stock up on in-game items or upgrades like Pokémon Storage, Egg Incubators, and Raid Passes. The cards also make a fantastic gift for the Pokémon GO Trainers in your life. Keep on the lookout for other promotions and announcements from participating retailers on and around Pokémon Day 2025 (that’s February 27, of course)!
