Summer fun is heating up in Pokémon GO. Starting July 1, look for the chance to take on Legendary Pokémon in Research Breakthrough encounters including Latias, Latios, Kyogre, and Groudon. Plus, keep an eye out for Field Research tasks that reward an encounter with Spinda, because it might be Shiny. These new Research Breakthrough rewards will be available from July 1, 2019, at 1 p.m. PDT to September 1, 2019, at 1 p.m. PDT.

There’s also another Deoxys Forme to look for in EX Raids: Speed Forme Deoxys! Trainers who receive an EX Raid Pass can encounter Speed Forme Deoxys in an EX Raid! You can become eligible to receive an EX Raid Pass when you win a Raid Battle at a qualifying Gym. See which Gyms can host an EX Raid in the Gym’s details, and check any EX Raid Passes you earn for the date and time when you’ll be able to challenge Speed Forme Deoxys.
