Weary researchers, you have another way to track your sleep and study Pokémon sleep styles in Pokémon Sleep—through your smartwatch! Compatible smartwatches—such as Apple Watch, the Fitbit series, Galaxy Watch, and Google Pixel Watch—can now automatically track your sleep data if you wear them while you sleep. You can then meet Pokémon by syncing that sleep data with Pokémon Sleep after you wake up.

Apple Watch wearers can sync their sleep data in Pokémon Sleep on iOS through the Health app. Fitbit, Galaxy Watch, and Google Pixel Watch users can sync their data in Pokémon Sleep on Android via the Health Connect app.

New to sleep research? Celebrate this new integration with some delightful gifts you can get when you create a Pokémon Sleep account between Monday, September 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. PDT and Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 2:59 p.m. PDT. You’ll get 10 Poké Biscuits—which make Pokémon more friendly towards you—plus one Bulbasaur Incense, one Charmander Incense, and one Squirtle Incense, which will guarantee an appearance by those Pokémon if you set it up prior to sleeping.

Returning players who’ve been away for awhile can get special bonuses and perks, including Poké Biscuits, bonus sleep points, a hungry Pokémon during sleep research, a Good Camp Ticket, and Handy Candies S.

All players who log in during the above period will get 10 Poké Biscuits and 1,000 sleep points.

Soothe your mood with the music of Pokémon Sleep, now globally available on Spotify. This 34-track album will carry you off to dreamland with a smile on your face. There’s also an official Pokémon Sleep playlist on Spotify with 20 tracks, including early releases of three relaxing tunes that haven’t been implemented in Pokémon Sleep yet!
